Leader sur la région lyonnaise dans le secteur de la démolition, du terrassement et de la dépollution, la Société Lyonnaise de Travaux Publics a été créée pour répondre aux nouvelles attentes de ses clients en matière de compétitivité, d’environnement et de planning.

SLTP maîtrise tout type de travaux de démolition, terrassement, dépollution et concassage pour la construction de bâtiments. Sa participation aux plus grands chantiers de la région lyonnaise atteste de ses compétences techniques et de sa capacité à réaliser de telles opérations.

Depuis plusieurs mois, la SLTP s’exporte dans les départements limitrophes. Nous avons créé l’agence SLTP Annecy, spécialisée sur les deux Savoie, afin de répondre à la demande sur ces territoires. Nous avons également en cours plusieurs chantier sur les départements de la Loire, de l’Auvergne et de l’Allier… des territoires sur lesquels nous souhaitons nous implanter à court terme avec de beaux projets déjà enclenchés.

Cette qualification professionnelle spécifique au domaine du bâtiment est la reconnaissance de notre capacité technique à réaliser des travaux dans notre domaine d’activité.

Nous misons également sur l’investissement régulier dans du matériel neuf de pointe pour garder notre qualité d’exécution, et atteindre les objectifs environnementaux qui correspondent à nos valeurs.

Nous avons récemment crée un poste dédié à ce sujet : Chargé(e) de Méthodes et Processus, afin de suivre et d’améliorer au quotidien les différents process de la société.

Nous assurons ; la réduction et l’optimisation des consommations des ressources (carburant, eau, matériaux), le tri des déchets d’activité, notamment vient la mise en place de la REP sur tous nos chantiers, la réduction du bruit et des poussières sont nos principaux engagements pour l’environnement.

Mais cette réduction d’emprunte carbone ne se limite pas que sur nos chantiers. Nous l’appliquons également au sein de la structure des bureaux. Sur ce sujet, nous venons d’effectuer notre bilan carbone afin de conforter notre plan d’actions vers la décarbonation de nos activités.

Nous avons récemment développé un nouveau département dédié à la RSE : R3, afin d’aller plus loin sur les sujets liés au développement durable, au réemploi et au recyclage. En tant qu’acteur du secteur de la construction, nous avons cette possibilité de jouer un vrai rôle dans la diminution de l’impact des déchets sur nos chantiers, en favorisant notamment le réemploi.
